Rachel oversees AdThrive’s advertiser media sales and takes great pride in empowering creators to make a living doing what they love – producing great content – while AdThrive manages the advertising for them. Rachel is an expert in the programmatic landscape and focuses on helping publishers and brands stay one step ahead in the ever-changing world of digital advertising. Rachel draws on data covering every aspect of a woman's lifestyle to help brands develop the best strategy for reaching the right audience with the right message. She works to connect leading advertisers with the scale of AdThrive’s premium publishers through private marketplaces offering access to highly viewable inventory and unparalleled audience targeting capabilities. 

Over her career, Rachel has used analytics to help drive business decisions across a number of industries ranging from e-commerce to consumer products to media. Most recently, Rachel was SVP, Director of Global Brand Strategy at BAV Consulting where she led a client team in mapping out strategies to build brand equity. Her work covered the full spectrum of brand opportunities, including positioning, architecture, valuation, and consumer segmentation. Prior to joining BAV, Rachel was a Senior Associate at CRA International, where she evaluated the competitive effects of proposed mergers. 

She graduated from Harvard University, with a PhD in Business Economics, and from the University of Virginia, with a BA in Economics. She lives in NYC and loves photography and discovering new restaurants.
